What are your shipping rates within Egypt?
Our shipping rates are as follows:
- Cairo & Giza: 115 EGP
- Alexandria: 120 EGP
- Delta & Canal (Ismailia, Port Said, Suez, Damietta, Mansoura, Tanta, Zagazig, etc.): 155 EGP
- Upper Egypt & Red Sea (Luxor, Aswan, Minya, Assiut, Sohag, Qena, Hurghada, etc.): 160 EGP
How long does delivery take?
Delivery within Cairo and Alexandria typically takes 2-3 business days. For other governorates, please allow 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Do you ship outside of Egypt?
Yes, we do ship outside Egypt. We deliver across the Middle East and Africa, ensuring reliable and secure shipping for our international customers.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service to initiate a return. Custom or special order items are not eligible for return.

Most of our products are food-safe when fired according to the manufacturer's instructions. Please check the individual product specifications. Glazes specifically labeled as "food-safe" have been tested and certified.
What is your refund policy?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
